Verse of the Day

Monday, August 31, 2009

“Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the LORD our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care.”- Psalm 95:6-7

We are His children, and He is our Father. That is what the Lord proclaims when we are obedient to Him, and His Word. His love and grace are given to us freely and without expectation only desires. Desires to have us come to Him of our own free will. That love that God offers us is more than enough for us to bow down in worship. But He does so much more than love us, He also guides, cares for, heals, and strengthens us. Because of all He does we are able to live our lives here as witness to His glory. With His assistance we have no need to worry about any temptation or weapon the enemy may bring against us. Our Lord is infallible, and always with us no matter where we go. For all this He alone deserves our praise and worship.

God Bless
