Have positive affirmations worked for you?
My inner sceptic has a hard time repeating,
"My body has an athletic form, and weighs the right and healthy weight,"
as suggested by Remez Sasson.
He writes, "Frequent repetitions make the subconscious mind accept them. . and then the subconscious mind takes charge. . . Such words evoke positive images in the mind."

Doing this several times a day, on a daily basis, will create the mindset to achieve the healthy body that I want.
It seems simple enough. I believe in positive thinking so I am going to do it for a month & check back with you.
