It's been nuts! I had the best intentions of visiting and logging daily. I've been eating well and have been holding steady at my 55-57 pounds but not losing. I know we hit these plateaus but I can't keep doing the same thing day after day.
I need to take more time for myself. I've been getting up early and getting to work early, but with work winding down, I just don't need to do that as much anymore. I will try to convince myself of that and do something more positive with that extra time. Logging would be good. :) And some exercise would be great.
