Broke my own promise.....

Dear Blog,

It's been nuts! I had the best intentions of visiting and logging daily. I've been eating well and have been holding steady at my 55-57 pounds but not losing. I know we hit these plateaus but I can't keep doing the same thing day after day.

I need to take more time for myself. I've been getting up early and getting to work early, but with work winding down, I just don't need to do that as much anymore. I will try to convince myself of that and do something more positive with that extra time. Logging would be good. :) And some exercise would be great.

    Thank you ladies!!! I've been doing well so far and since I've been exercising, I've loved seeing the calories I've burned! Dragonfly, you are right, I need to PEN me in my calendar! Tomorrow, I'm going to a winery for my best friends bachelorette party. I don't drink, so no cals there (I'm the DD) and we'll have lunch and be walking around a lot. I'm very excited, not just because of the impending wedding but to be out, about and feeling good. Then Sunday, I do one of my most favorite things, put up Halloween decorations! WOO HOO! I can't wait to get on the scale on Monday. I think I'll see weight loss for the first time in about a month. Best of luck to both of you too! Thanks for the kind words and support!

    I log in to track my exercise and nutritional meals. The other is just add ons. But Fun!

    Pencil yourself in your date book---you are worth a huge slot to take care of yourself.
    Logging is not my fave thing...but it is sure fun to see the points go up when you do!!
