A little enthusiasm goes a long way

I have to admit that I am totally unmotivated when it comes to working out at home. I've taken a pay cut so I had to budget more wisely which caused me to have to drop my gym membership over a year ago. It seemed like it was so much easier when I was getting out the house in the morning and working out before work. I had all the energy to make it thru the day and I would work out atleast 5 to 6 times a week with no problems. Now that I'm trying to get back into the swing of things it seems like my mind says I'm gonna work out but when it get down to it my body says never mind!! lol So I petition any ideas that may help me become more enthusiastic and motivated to do this thing at home until times get better. I'm even thinking about splurging and turning my extra bedroom into a mini gym. Well I need all the help I can get. . .

    I agree w/ ALLNTIME2009. The mini gym is a great idea, & you'll still be able to get your workout in before work.

    I think you should turn the other bedroom into a mini gym. I think that will be a great idea. You have to do what you can do, and if that is an option then go for it. You should put a TV in there for sure and maybe a small stereo. And you know, your workout equipment. Good idea lady. Go for it.
