2009 is on its way out

I'm going to try to blog every day for the rest of the month as a form of accountability. Reporting my fitness, giving myself a daily score (0-5) and expressing my feelings about my efforts toward my goals.
I hope to finish the year by being more consistent and adhering to the goals I set at least 80% of the time.
Strength training 5 days/wk
150 minutes of cardio/wk (minimum)
Eat on plan 6 days/wk
Take vitamins & supplements daily
Push-ups, 2 sets, 10 reps
Crunches, 2 sets, 15 reps
Cardio = none
Strength training 5 days/wk = 5

Eat on plan 6 days/wk = 5

Today's score = 3.75
I did fairly well today although I didn't get any cardio. No excuse for that, I had all day, the weather wasn't too bad, I could have taken a walk. I didn't wimp out on my strength training though.
I'm off work for 4 days and trying to make the time all about me, while also doing some things for and spending time with my grandsons. So I left their house early today and will spend the rest of the evening doing a little self pampering.
Time for my bubble bath and pedicure.
