Day 4 of December goals

Cardio = 5
Eat on plan = 5
Vitamins & supplements = 5
Today's score = 4.75
So far this month = 4.31

Yesterday was a bust foodwise but I'll call that my nutritional rest day. Today is my last day off work and I've really enjoyed the 4 days and I got a good start on my plan for the rest of the year.
