The results are in.... my 8 weeks on the Metabolism B Plan!

I started the Metabolism Miracle plan on Oct 19, and due to circumstances beyond my control, had to re-start the program so to speak on Nov 2. At the start of the program I weighed 224 pounds. The plan suggests that you measure yourself and weight yourself at the start of the program and then in 8 weeks. Today is my 8 (eight week) mark, but I did weight in and measure on Saturday, I just could not wait!!
Many of you are asking me about the plan so here are my results… I lost 14 pounds and 15-5/8 inches! I know that to many of you that does not sound like a lot, but, for me that is WONDERFUL. The weight I have lost prior to this has taken me approx 3 years to lose, so I really lose S L O W …..and yo-yo quite often. This plan really has been quite easy to stick with, and I really have not craved any BAD carbs. The plan also suggests that you exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday, which I hate to admit that I really have not done everyday, but, I'm getting better!
The first eight weeks of the plan you can eat as much protein, cheese (yes, I know that cheese is protein), nuts, and low carb veggies, along with 5 net carbs every five hours (called 5 X 5 carbs), so examples of the 5 X 5 carbs that I chose were low carb, high fiber tortillas, low carb bread, low carb protein drinks, and low carb crackers. Believe me even my hubby read labels to help me find items that fit on this plan. The book also has recipes for several kinds of low carb muffins, even a chocolate brownie muffin. After the first eight weeks, the carbs increase again every five hours, and I have found I can even hardly get all of the food in after the carb cravings left my system.
Women’s World magazine will occasionally run an article about the plan, it is usually under the heading Metabolism B Weight loss plan (that is how I discovered the plan) This next two paragraphs are copied from the book and explains a little about the plan:

I want to make clear that I am not promoting this weight loss plan to anyone unless you are truly interested, I know that we all lose at different rates and with different plans. I just wanted to share with you my success on this plan!
