By Thursday last week, my weight was right up to 126kg. Exactly where I started the 1st of Jan. Well, it is four days later and according to the scale I now weigh 124.2kg. Almost a two kilogram loss! I don't know what I did really. I wasn't THAT good. I know I didn't eat cake, though!
Does this means I'm getting back on track?
I really do hope so.
I'm planning to go to gym this morning and asked my hubby to commit to 3 days a week for the following 3 weeks. Hoping that by the time the new school term starts, I will be back in the saddle and losing weight.
With pain in my knee, I really hope that it will be possible.
Last night I unpacked some clothes a friend gave me. Size 20 and 18. They looked so small!
But I was thinking. Last time I fitted that size I was 24kg lighter. And if I worked really hard, maybe I can lose 24kg's before August - so at least I will be able to wear them for two or three months. It will be by the end of winter, beginning of spring, so I will be able to get a lot of wear out of them still.
Four and a half months. That is about 6kg a month and 1.5kg a week!! Looking at those numbers it is a bit daunting! I haven't had that kind of weight loss for years. Well, if only I can work towards a goal. Maybe it will set me straight.
