struggling!

I've been struggling as some weight creeps back on. I lose and gain, lose and gain the same few pounds. I want to get down to a slim 140 (maybe 135) and STAY THERE!!!! Any helpful or encouraging words would be SO aprreciated! emoticon

    Hang in there! Sometimes it is "two steps forward, one step back". As long as your moving forward (no matter how slow it seems), you're fine.

    THE ONLY THING(S) I CAN THINK OF ARE THE USUAL. MAKE SURE YOU DRINK YOUR WATER,TRACK YOUR DAILY CALORIES, AND EITHER STEP UP YOUR EXERCISE A NOTCH OR CHANGE THEM TO DO SOMETHING NEW. emoticon
