The weight losses are still happening, which are awesome! I'm down 2.5 pounds since Monday. Obviously I was holding a LOT of water! Damn cycle!!!! Anyhow, I'm happy and not going to complain about weight loss....no matter what the reason. Heading to last day of 1 of my grad classes today. Bringing ALL my food plus an extra apple JUST IN CASE I get hungry and tempted! Last night skipped SPIN for CrossFit class...tonight, SPIN for sure. I need to sweat!!!!!
