Good food day today....hoping to keep the momentum

I'm thrilled with how today went, although, I did drink a LOT of coffee! Did 50 minutes of painful cardio this morning on the arc trainer then do a SICK crossfit wod tonight at CFN. 100m walking lunge, 2o0 m sprint, 100m lunge, 200 m sprint, then whatever time is left on clock (max was 20 min) do max pull ups. I finished wod at 10 min. flat, so in the rest of the time I did 80 pull ups...PSYCHED! That oughta help my fran time!!!
