Making the way easier.

I apparently am a very very slow learner. I know what I need to do. I know how to do these things but, so how these things do not happen. On a blog dated May 22 I wrote 20 things that I wanted to do on a daily basis. I did a great deal of prep work but, I did not really do the actual goals. so I will work to do them this week.
In addition to the things I posted last Saturday I will be eating only when I am hungry and stopping when I am full. As I said before that stopping is so hard. I did not realize that is a challenge. To only eat on purpose until I am satisfied. That should make great accomplishment.
I can slay the dragon of temptation and I can climb the highest mountain of accomplishment one step at a time. This will be worth it. I will enjoy all the scenery on the way to a fitter, stronger and healthier body.
