Good Morning...

Must be time to wake up the "protector", she is still snoozing ! Life is good. Did you read the Spark pages today. The article on the spark flame inspired me to go upstairs (!), an accomplishment in itself, and do some yoga stretches and some resistance ( band) stretching.

Exercise really goes hand in hand with accomplishing our goals. As a tribe elder I have learned that moving accelerates my weight loss. I think a sedentary lifestyle is a big part of the reason I'm on this site ! When I was younger I played softball on a co-ed team, until I was 54. I really loved tennis and at one point was playing 5 days a week. I decided to marry on a racquet ball court.

Go right now and get some leg kicks in, pick up a couple cans of tomato sauce ( the big ones ) and do a few bicep curls, it all starts with the first step. Take every advantage during the day to get in a little something. Suck in your stomach and hold it at traffic lights, see there, you CAN do it ! emoticon
