Week 2

Well, I have successfully made it to week 2 of logging in every day! I've even lost more weight! That's the best part for me. I only have a few more pounds to go before I hit my first goal. I've been pretty faithful about the elliptical, going from 4 minutes to 11 minutes today. I'm still doing the stair stepper (gotta love a tag sale find! Not bad for $10) and am up to 4 minutes on that. We just got a treadmill and hopefully will have that set up this week as it's so hot to go outside and walk (though the dogs really need it!) PT 2x a week is helping as well, and I'm starting to slowly loosen up my back and get rid of some of this pain! Here's to 2 more successful weeks (and 2 more, and 2 more.....)
