p90x almost time for phase 2

Friday, Day 26: Cardio X. I won't make lame excuses, but I missed this because I planned on being home early in the evening and was late and didn't want to work out at midnight.

Saturday, Day 27: Yoga X. I almost did the crane pose, although I still had a toe down for balance(and certainly could not hold it for 60 seconds). Also, there are couple of poses that kill my wrists. But I love how I feel after doing yoga.

Sunday, Day 28: I should be doing x-strech (which I've never actually done yet). But instead I chose Cardio X to make up for one of my missed 2 workouts this week.

So, for phase 1 I totally brought it on weeks 1 and 2 and totally didn't bring it weeks 3 and 4. I missed 1-2 workouts each week for weeks 3 and 4:(

I weighed in today for the first time since day 7. I have lost a total of 2lbs, 1.5 inches from my waist and 1 inch on my hips.

Phase 2 starts tomorrow. I am going to be thinking long and hard today about switching to classic for Phase 2. I want to be pushed a little harder when I workout. I'm bored with Core synergistics and really like the idea of doing 3 ab ripper x's each week. Weeks 2 I subbed plyo for cardio x and I loved it. I will definitely continue to do that if I stay with the lean program.
