p90x end of phase 1

Sunday, Day 28 (continued):
Despite the fact that we were at my in-laws until about 7:30 and then I weeded the garden for 2 hours, I still brought it with Cardio X. I really don't like doing yoga with my sneakers on, but it's a good workout and goes by fast.

I have decided to try the classic version for phase 2. So tomorrow morning I am ready for some strength training! I'm excited to see one week from now when I weigh and measure what my results will be!

    I agree with you....Yoga is really awkward w/ sneakers on. Good luck with the "Classic" program. I'm going to stick with the Lean for 90 days then do the classic. I still have quite a bit of weight to I think I'm going to need more than 90 days to get the job done.
