I did Day 2 today!!!!! I feel wonderful!!!! But just a little tired and sore

I forgot to write my beginning measurements yesterday. So here they are from yesterday:

Upper Arm: 12

Bust: 42
Chest: 36
Forearm: 11

After workout:
Energy Level:4
Stress Level: 2
Sleep Quality Level: 2
Self-Esteem Level: 4

After today's workout:
Energy Level: 5
Stress Level: 2
Sleep Quality Level: 3
Self-Esteem Level: 5

    Keep it up! I like the way you record things...I wish I had. If some days you do not feel like you can do the whole thing just go through the motions or do part of each exercise....keeping the habit is what counts. Good job! Nancy
