4 MINUTE MEAL

Well, most of us want things fast, quick and in a hurry. Well, this is not a quick recipe for a meal but only to say I ate a meal in 4 min. I guess it was more of a snack. I had a salmon patty and a bowl of broccoli salad. The salad was probably 1 1/2 cups. It consisted of broccoli, red onions, tomatoes, reduced fat feta cheese and Italian dressing. I had started eating and was trying to eat slow and the next thing I knew, I was half-way through and only 2 min had passed.
Believe me, I have been trying to eat slowly by even chewing my food slower, putting my fork down, etc. When I started counted my chews, I found myself putting more food in my mouth before I could finish the first spoonful. I know I'm not alone. The last time I tried to take 20 min to eat my food, my food got cold. Anyway, I'm still working on it.
