Mondays are day that I usually push myself exercise wise. Yesterday was insane. After work I did two classes, a cardio mix 1hr, and muscle blast 1hr. Then I went home and walked for almost a hour with a friend.
My feet hurt afterward!!!
Cardio Mix class the instructor incorporated Zumba in for a couple of songs. It was kinda fun, as long as I didnt look in the mirror.
That instructor tends to get dancy, and she did a dance to cool down, with us all in a circle facing each other. It gave me a feeling of a cult ritual. LOL I know we had to look funny. There was a girl that came in after class, who was waiting for the next one and had been watching us. She said we looked like we were doing a pole dance routine... oh man, not what I wanted to hear. But, I got my sweat on, so thats all that matters.
Tonight is just one class, step and scuplt. If hubby goes to the gym- which he usually does after I get home, I might do something else at home. We'll see how that goes.
Food tonight- Catfish w/panko baked in the oven. YUM!!!! Thinking probably spinach to go with, I have been on a major spinach kick as of late, with some onion, jalapeno... man my mouth is watering!
I'm a little bummed, I started watching fit tv, and even did a yoga segment on it. Well as of a week ago, we no longer have fit tv... what happened? idk, just went off satellite and said I no longer have access to this station. My luck I suppose.
I really need to get into some different classes, or different workouts, I'm getting bored ( not with step- never! ) but with other stuff. And honestly it probably is doing no benefit to me since my body is so accustomed to it. I have a friend at the gym who has tried numerous times to get me to go to Pilates with her, maybe I'll give it shot. Couldn't hurt...or could it???
