I'm not expecting a miracle , but every morning I weigh. One day I'm 188 next day 191, I stay on my diet and I walk and walk somemore. I weighed 196 when I signed into this website, so I should be happy I'm down these 8 pounds. My Dr. Says its because I cut my diet to slim that I need to eat 1500 calories to lose weight. She wants me to lose just 1 pound a week. She is very happy with my 8 pound loss and I am too don't get me wrong, In the past I would lose 1 pound a day. I know my metabolism has changed with age, any advice on how to boost my metabolism? I'm going on vacation and want to lose weight and still have a good time. And make my team proud of me.
