Day 1 Cats 5% Fall Challenge

Think I'd better blog before I get so tired and blurry eyed that I won't know what I am saying.
Today is the start of the 5% Fall challenge. With having been gone most of the day I was still able to count the walking I did for my exercise. I was home long enough that I was able to blog and also post on some team members blogs. So with that I was able to help out my team.
My goal for this challenge is to work on that 5% weigh in challenge, which for me is 9#. It does come off very slowly. So my immediate goal is to get below 170. I want to get back into the 160's. That would only be about 5#.
I will continue to post my food and stay in range on my nutrition page. I will be better about getting my water. I have been struggling in both of these areas lately.
I need to improve on getting my exercise more consistently. This has always been a challenge for me. I love it when I do my strength exercises. I love doing yoga and do it regularly with a group on Wed. I want to get back to doing it daily .
I need lots of Kudos and support and encouragement. Things have been pretty stressful for me lately. So I know I need to take care of myself. How to do that is always a challenge.
