Thursday...and that makes four

Well today was difficult as I had IV treatment for almost 12 hours. Didn't add extra 5 minutes to exercise. I was doing good to do the 10 minutes. Think I'll wait until next week to make any adjustments. These things aren't a habit yet and I'm anxious for that to be the case.

Off to finish tracking for the day and then weary body off to bed.

    You're doing great, Vicki! There are some of us a bit younger, and without most of your health issues, that don't do as well. Not adding the extra time to your workout is a good idea, so don't sweat it. You did SOMEthing! Another day down and you're doing fine! emoticon

    Take things slow lady, Slow but sure, like the turtle that won the race with the hare. It's pacing, and consistency, that makes for success, and rest is a very important thing.

    You could NEVER dissappoint me and I'm sure others feel the same way!!
    You need a rest after IV - - its better to make adjustments gently as and when you feel ready - just the fact that you actually did do 10 min exercise and that you are tracking - that's great!!
