Day 10 of Many!!!

Although I haven't blogged, I have been keeping up with the exercise and tracking streaks. Was out and about 2 days (Sunday and Monday) and was able to do the 10 minutes of exercise daily, and track the nutrition retroactively.
I now know where 'there's a will, there's a way' and have no intention of breaking this streak. Today is day 10 and my next target is 14. I'm looking forward to the 21st day as that is when doing these things should become a habit. I'm sorely in need of good habits in both these categories and absolutely will make it. I ch0se 21 days because its my understanding that is how long it takes to make a habit.
Ate a little off my regular menu while out but stayed within range so have no apologies to make to me. Surprising how easy it is to eat within range when you are committed to doing it. If I worry about anything, it is in being under in calories sometimes. I've always believed the Spark premise that less than 1200 calories is not the way to go. But since I take fasting blood sugars in the morning and then throughout the day and before bed, I know I'm not falling into the 'too little' category where my carbs are concerned. If that doesn't make sense, someone call my hand on it. I'm not to proud to accept constructive criticism.
I love you all for your continued attention to my personal goals and status. How I'd love to meet everyone just for a good old fashioned talk fest. You are wonderful.
