Motivation from Within

Well, I've passed day 21 of my exercise and tracking and they are now part of my everyday activity. Tracking my nutrition works best if I can track before I eat as I then can plan my choices and measure specific amounts.
During this process I have learned more about motivation! It comes from within. Wanting something is in and of itself motivation. Making the choice to make it happen is active motivation. I want to lose weight and I want to be as fit as possible. Therefore choosing to track nutrition and exercise daily is putting me firmly in the path of active motivation.
I've got it! By jove, I think I've got it! Amazing how long it took for me to discover the reality of personal motivation. Its cool.
