Follow up to yesterday's blog

Okay... here is what I've done today, and it's not quite 9:30 a.m.... Brought the outdoor furniture in ( I give up the hope of more summer).... spent 30 minutes in meditation ... finished my 30 minute yoga workout AND worked with my resistance bands until my muscles SCREAMED ( which my daughter tells me is necessary at this point) plus it doesn't take a long time for them to cry out, tee hee.
Now I have the day to really dig into what I am working on this week for my own entertainment ( pottery and painting), 2 craft shows to set up on Fri and Sat and the final one November 5... lots to do !
If you are reading this do SOME little thing right now, maybe a few leg raises or a squat or two... we CAN DO IT ... oh yes, a very Happy Birthday to my baby girl who is 42 today, I love you Katherine !
