Back again.
I've gained weight. (Doh!)

Watching Iron Man 2, going to bed. Got to get some sleep before I work tonight. Blah. Why do I volunteer for these weird shifts? Because I'm nice and the others deserve a break as well.

I swear that my spark page smells musty.

Don't want to spend a lot of time on SP, but I must focus on being healthy. It's not an option. & I love my connections with my SP friends.

    I too am wrestling with fitting SP into my regular life. I try to make sure I touch base every morning, if only because it reminds me to watch myself. I also try to log in my food so I can keep an idea of where I am, calorie-wise. I try to use my days off (like today!) to touch base with my SP friends.

    This is November, which means NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month - 50,000 words in 30 days!), so I'm on here even less than usual.

    So, I guess like I mentioned before, the key for me is to keep daily contact here, even if it's just to log in and remind myself to be careful throughout the day. Maybe that could work for you too on your busier days.
