I made my goal weight today!!!!!!!
(my goal for todays weigh in)
This year has been so long and stressful, I'm glad I can end it on a positive note. I still can't believe I'm losing the weight. I keep thinking it's just water loss or my scale is broken. I've been doing a lot of weight training so my arms are a lot stronger. I can see considerable improvement in my flexibility. And it has only been 14 days of work. I've never seen results this quickly. I've been adding something new each week to work on. The first week was tracking calories in and out, the second week I added my goal list(taking my vitamins etc.), This week I need to add more veggies, whole grains, and PROTIEN!! Bonus: My knees don't hurt! I built up the intensity of the exercises slowly.
