New Year; New Me

Today's weigh in put me at 202.6 lbs. The lowest weight I managed to attain last year was ~184. It is upsetting that I managed to fall into old habits and gain almost 20 lbs. I stopped going to the gym for the last two months, stopped tracking my food and letting myself eat whatever I wanted. Moreover, I feel awful. Tired, cranky and unambitious. When I was consistently going to the gym I always felt great and full of energy.

At 21 I should not feel this lousy. This is my re-commitment to myself.

My goals are as follows:
- Gym 5x a week
- Drink 8 glasses of water daily
- Eat healthy and track
- Go to bed by 11 pm and wake up by 6 am
- Attend all classes and work ahead to achieve the grades I want
- Keep coffee intake to a minimum
