The Best Course of Action

I gained about 7 pounds after the holiday. I was so close to being under 200 pounds I could taste it. I feel like I sabotaged myself and can't figure out why. I immediately started thinking about how to quickly take off the extra weight so that I could still reach my birthday goal of 185lbs. I told myself ok, no bread, no sugar, no soda, no beef, no cheese, no this, no that, no, no, no. I feel like a toddler trying to grab things off a shelf or worse touch an outlet. But then I remembered that the past 10 months have been about the small changes that I've made that has garnered me success thus far. I know that I do not need to start again but I do need to be rational. I do not want to change my goal but I may need to up my workouts a little. I am trying to decide the best course of action so that I can still reach my goal by my birthday in March.

    You can do it! I am just starting with all the first small steps again, tracking, veggies, water. Maybe I will exercise, LOL.
