Thoughts on week one

Today is the beginning of week 2 on my chosen lifestyle change. It is so daunting to think of this as a life style change, which is has to be for health reasons. My biggest problem is figuring out exactly what to eat and expanding my choices. I know it will get easier once it is second nature but I get so impatient. The good thing is how successful I have been this week with exercising every single day, even if it is only 10 minutes some days. Now to add some strength training.
