Arghh... (knee injury)

Hi. I hurt my knee while dancing (or maybe while running?) and have to stay off it until it feels better. I've been depending on exercise every day for stress reduction and to burn enough calories so that I can eat what I want, but am needing to completely change up my program. Arghh...
Ok. I'll do it (will revise my stress reduction/eating/exercise plan to accomondate for this injury). It's worth it. Not to be too Pollyanna-ish or anything, but maybe changing things up will even help me in the long run with preventing boredom and with doing exercises that I wouldn't normally choose to do.
