Muscle Failure

Wednesday, March 16, 2011

Today was that. Loading trailers is no joke. 20, 30 or more pounds continually above your head is a challenge. Then to help you with the bottom half so you don't get lazy we have your average 50 or more pound box to start off helping you to build your wall.

I feel like a failure at it. Most of the other people that load are young kids. Here I am 47 with an especially glittery cardiac history. I guess what I lack in productivity, I make up for in effort.

As of yesterday I had put on around six pounds while I was gone so I am starting again I guess at less than ground zero.

Missed everyone. Can't wait to get caught up.

I think that work would kill a normal person. o_o

You must be really tough/strong to even live through it.

If it is seriously too much, please do tell your supervisor/boss/ambulance driver. :-O

Glad you are back and lived through a renovation:) It seems there is always a rush of things that "need" to be done in the spring. I am sure the bit extra will sort out once you are back on track again!
