I don't know....

I got up this morning and scheduled Meow's visit to the vet. I prepared the family for it last night. We were taking him in after Taylor got home from school because she really wants to be there. I planned on making my husband do this, but he can't take off work.
Anyway, I had him scheduled for 3:15 today. Then I let him outside so he can enjoy his last day, laying in the sun and doing what he wanted. Well, its now 3:06 and I can't find him. Normally he comes to me when I call him, so I don't know what's up. I'm sure he'll wander out of the woods this evening, ready to come in and go to sleep. I called and rescheduled for next Wednesday (my only day off during the week), so now its just a waiting game. If he gets any worse before then, I'll take time off work and take him in.
I don't know how I feel about this. I know I should be happy to have the extra time with him, but it kills me to pick him up and feel nothing but bones. He can't possibly feel good.
Alright, I've got to stop focusing on this and move on to something less depressing.
I did Zumba first thing this morning. Its getting a little easier to get through it so either this white girl is finding her inner dancer or my heart has come to terms with the fact that I'm not giving in. lol Either way, I'm on the right track.
Tonight for dinner is Cozy Crock Comfort, from Joanna Lund's Heart Smart Healthy Exchanges Cookbook. I did a little tweaking though. There's no green pepper in the recipe, so I added it. Its my new favorite veg. I've been putting it on, and in, everything for the past 6 months. lol I also added a clove of fresh garlic, finely chopped, 5 cranks of the salt grinder, and about a Tbsp of EVOO. It was sticking to the sides of the crockpot, so I figured that may help.
All in all, I love her recipes. There are some that are scary, but for the most part, they're pretty tasty.
I kinda feel like a slacker right now, because my cardio is already done for the day so now I don't know what to do. lol I guess I'll finish the laundry and then do some weight stuff. Or crunches! This may be a crunch day.
