I fight with myself

Thursday, April 07, 2011

It was snowing this morning and is now raining. This weather makes me crabby and tired. I just walked home for work and my mind says "wouldn't it be easier to make some mac & cheese or order a pizza and relax?" SHUT UP! I JUST got into smaller sized jeans this morning and today's weigh in showed I weigh less than I have in six years. WHY would I tell myself to undo this?

But I cought myself in time and won't have to spend the next week or so paying for my lack of control. Plus, going on a mini-trip this weekend will be hard enough to stay in control, I don't need to add another day to it. So there.

Omg I must order Dominoes once a month. Its so bad though, a serving is one slice. I guess the thing to do is to make some oven chips and a salad or some steamed vegetables to go on the side, but really who can stop after one piece? I'm used to eating the whole box myself. I guess thats what 5ks were invented for, days when you can eat as much as you want cause you have lots of spare calories! haha! Apparently runners can eat alot because they burn off so many calories (1000 in an hour or something)

Good for you!! I had pizza for supper but only because I managed to carefully budget it in to my calories! Maybe you can do that sometime soon so you don't feel so tempted again? :)
