My day off making an effort for some change

So today I decided I needed to go for an actual run. it was not very long but it was something. for just learning my area that was a great start. so later tonight I am going to do some biggest loser and maybe do Your shape: fitness evolved...both on the kinect. I now know i need to start making some changes. I am looking forward to making this a goal to do. it feels awesome. :)
