Traveling with Spark

I have to travel out of town for work this week.
I brought my weights with me to exercise. Bringing them will force me to exercise since I usually pack light. Don't want to waste that space in my luggage. I’m going to do 2 or 3 10 min. videos.
I decided to go to the Wal-Mart and get good, healthy food for the week rather than spend my per diem at restaurants. If you haven't tried them before the veggie medley is good. These dried veggies are better than chips. I chose a multigrain super thin flatbread to make my sandwiches. I spent less than ½ of the money I would have spent at restaurants and saved probably hundreds of calories. Don’t worry, I am not denying myself a good time. I’m in a small town where most of the things served on the menus are fried. That’s what brought me to Wal-Mart. I must admit, while on someone else’s dime, price was no object. I did not cut corners on the healthy for the sake of saving. What I realized was that it is not as expensive as it seems. I just have to remind myself that I am worth the few extra cents or dollars, “Buy the $3.00 veggie medley, instead of the 1.00 iceberg bland salad”.
