Which breakfast stays with you the longest?
I have two. Either two packets of instant oatmeal or bacon, eggs, toast. I use microwave bacon "four pieces", two eggs "fried" using Pam, and two pieces of honey wheat bread.
I need more ideas. I really need to get back on the wagon. I've been so bad.
I'm so happy for all of you who are working your programs and getting close to or are at goal weight. Congratulations.
