Yeah, yeah. I did my videos. I'll get back to that. First, I'd like to discuss the 517 FITNESS MINUTES I'VE LOGGED SINCE SUNDAY!!!! And its just now 8:30pm, so you know I'll have to get 23 more minutes in for a round 9 hours. lol I guess being obsessive comes in handy from time to time. Now if it would just extend over to housework. :P

Okay, now the workout. I did the cardio before work this morning, then when I got home from work, they were watching Transformers, so I made me a salad and a pizza. If you have a Dillon's or Kroger's near you, you should try the Private Selection Fire Roasted Veggie pizza. Its got red and green pepper, garlic, onion and zucchini on it, and 145 grams, or about 1/3, is only 240 calories. The sodium isn't even too terribly bad. 540 mg. So if you're careful the rest of the day, swelling shouldn't happen. :P I don't normally try the store brand when it comes to stuff like that, but I'm glad I did. It was really yummy.

So after work, I sat Austin down at my computer with Angry Birds so I could work out. lol Whikle he was knocking monkeys off boxes and out of trees and I was doing my Ab and Yoga videos.

After my workout videos, I put in Wii Fit. I did a couple strength exercises first, just to loosen up. Then I went to Free Run. I set it for 10 minutes and planned on doing a nice, relaxed pace. But nooooo! I can't stand to see those other Miis passing me, so I really went for it. My legs were on fire, but I managed to cross the 1 mile mark right at 7 minutes. And I couldn't slack off, because those dang Miis just kept coming! So I ran. And ran! I ended up with just over 1.4 miles. It took about 3 minutes for my heartrate to drop back down, which tells me I'm WAY more fit than I was a few months ago. If I'd have jogged for 10 minutes straight 3 months ago, it would have taken just about as long for my heart to stop racing! Heck, who am I kidding? 3 months ago, I wouldn't have LASTED 10 minutes without stopping and walking....slowly. :P

Now I'm just waiting for Bridget to answer my text so we can do the step. I don't think I should do it again today because my calves are still really knotted up from the last 2 days of doing it, but I can just go slower and take it easy.

I'll update my status when I hit 540 minutes tonight! I hope everyone else pushed it today and got their minutes in! You'll love yourself for it!

    Okay, I must confess, I did not get to step with Amy, and it was all my fault! We got invited last minute to a pool party, and after the let down my girls had gotten earlier in the day with our city pool being over capacity...well, I couldn't resist taking them to go swimming. So, I did burn some cals in the pool, but missed my workout with my dearest Amy...So I truly apologize miss Amy, I hope your calves got rested though, and if you are up for it I would love to try again tonight! Just let me know! Great job again on getting in all those fitness minutes, you are so strong!!! Keep up the awesome job! I'm kinda jealous, wishin' I had worked out as much as you this week! But I did do that 20 minute look good naked run, and I ran the whole thing, didn't walk at all! My throat was burning like I was gonna stop breathing at any moment, I felt like I was gonna puke about half way through, but I kept pushing on!!! Well, I hope you can forgive me! Love ya, and I really am sorry!
