Hello my friends, I need your help on this one. I like the Spark Challange Teams because they are specific, focused and have a beginning and end. These teams keep me engaged becasue they are not ongoing.
So, I thought that I would create my own challenge for the summer. And this is where you come in. Each week I was thinking I would create a new goal around fitness and nutrition. For fitness, I may try a new spark workout, and for nutrition I would pick one area to focus on except I don't know where to start. I like to workout in the morning but am not sure if I should eat breakfast first or half of my breakfast and eat after the workout, etc. As far as fitness goes I have been consistent lately but I wimp out on strength. I do strength training (the light version) three times a week but I need a lot of work if I want my arms to resemble Nancyanne's(Hi Nancy).
What do you guys think? Any suggestions? I want to start on Monday. Not to worry, I'm not letting my diet and fitness go to .... while I figure this out.
