Blogging early today. :P

I figured I'd blog early today because once I'm off work, I'll be busy. I'm going to run home (not literally :P), eat something and change, then I'm going to get a friend and we're hitting the track! Normally we walk on a path of some sort, but I feel like jogging a little today, hence the flat surface requirement. lol

Once I'm home for the night, I think I'll go tackle some more basement carpet. This BLC is a great motivator, because one of our challenges this week includes 10 minutes of cleaning each day. I may as well work on the basement for that part of the challenge, right? Two birds, one stone! ROCKIN'!!!! I've also got to do 10 minutes of stretching/yoga/pilates (yeah, no) for the challenge. Do you think hanging upside down cutting carpet counts as stretching? lol I guess I'll just have to do the yoga AFTER the cutting. That'll give me a good stretch after all the physical labor anyway.

I better get off here. I've got to make the schedule for next month. Otherwise the whole TWO OF US may get confused and come into work on the wrong days. lol

    Great job with the jogging! :) I wish I had someone who would jog with me. I always have to go alone when I want to jog. At least I can usually get my mom to walk with me, and my dog always wants to go, too. The problem with taking my dog is that she gets too hot to go very far. I feel bad when I leave her at home, though. I wish we lived closer to each other. We could meet up sometimes and jog. :) I'm sure you would make me work hard. You are an awesome motivator! They are lucky to have you on the Red Hots! I was liking the BLC weekly challenge, too, until I got sick. I didn't get any points at all, yesterday. I'm feeling a little better, but not sure how much I'll get done today, either. I think working on your basement is a great way to get your 10 minutes cleaning in! I'm sure you will be stretching some while doing it, but it probably is a good idea to stretch afterward. :)

    woohoo on the jogging, you will have to let us know how that went!!! I bet you will be sooo glad once that carpet is done though, and yes blc 10 min of cleaning outta be a good motivator! I definitely think that counts a stretching, lol!!! I'm sure your body is sore from all that carpet work!! Hope you enjoy your day off today! Talk to you soon! :)
