Summer Challenge week 3

Fitness: Last week I planned to do the Intermediate Bikini workout 3times but only did it once. The other times I mixed it up doing a group power(curcuit training with light weight barbell) and water aerobics on Saturday. I also walked at least 4 times. While I did not stick to the plan I stuck to my commitment and that felt good. This week I will continue the Bikini Workout(without the bikini). I sent the exercises to myself via text.
Nutrition: Not much to report. I'm blessed I ate. I did discover that pumpkin pie spice added to oatmeal is more like a treat.
I went to a pool party on Saturday. No, I did not where the bikini but I did get hit on by a couple of old men. Yeah, I still got it.
