Well this month is going to be insane. I'm moving to a new city (leaving one I love
) to pursue my Master's degree at the end of the month. It's also my one-year wedding anniversary in 2 weeks!
My goals for the month are the following:
1) Continue eating well, and I'm going to strive for greater consistency while measuring food. I had a good month, and I don't want to detract from that, but I got sloppy at the end of the month and started eyeballing bigger portions (and more pie than I should have!).
2) Keep biking to work, Mountain 3x a week (even when I don't want to) and try to have a Saturday or Sunday exercise activity with DH (long bike ride, hike, etc.)
3) Drink my water! I'm usually really good at this on days that I'm exercising, but I need to be drinking more water on my days "off".
4) Work harder to achieve good sleeping patterns. I struggle with insomnia, and I'm going to try to develop a bed-time routine that works for me. I'm a person that needs structure or I just turn into a hot mess. haha
