Time going fast

Well here I am once again. I havent been spark in a long long time. I have been on so many fad diets and nothing seems to work. However I have started working out about 3-4 times a week in the gym on my lunch break. That's only gives me about 30 to 40 mins of actual workout time. I have been doing this for about 6 months. I havent noticed a big difference but then again my eating habits havent been consistent. I will eat healthy for a week and then go back to the bad fatty foods for 2 weeks. I have to be more serious about eating right. Time has gone so fast. i am about to be 35 and its a bit scary to still be over weight. As the years go by its gotten a little harder for the weight to drop. I will work harder and be more focused on toning and firming. Here i go Again!!!!
