I need to stay on the lower end of my calorie range because I can't do cardio exercise until Monday because of the foot procedure that I had. I had all my calories by evening last night and I was not hungry. However, my husband started eating pita chips. I really enjoy those on occasion and I started to have the "munchies"--you know, my mouth wanted to eat even though the rest of me was totally content. I told myself, "I am not hungry. There is no need to eat." OK, I had to say it several times. I did not eat any extra calories!! Not even one pita chip! Hooray! Hoorah!
