Huffing and puffing down the home stretch

I can't believe it, but it's Day 356. I have to admit: I'm struggling! This past week was a killer at work, and most days I only had time for the minimum. emoticon
And I fell prey to my own delicious emoticon
But I met a deadline at work, and I've got the weekend to relax so I'm going to be back at aerobics on Monday morning.

    good for you that you met the milestone at work...................... now back to workin gout. me too. I have to force myself to get started with weights - because Im good with cardio but not good with strength training.
