What I Want To Accomplish(BL challenge)

My goals are simple. I am starting over so in ten weeks I want to:
1. Be drinking 6 - 8 glasses of water daily
2. exercising regularly at least 3 days a week.
3. feel energized
4. having less back and leg pain and less acid reflux attacks.
5. see a change in my body even if I don't reach my goal weight.
