I'm making progress, no matter what it looks like!

I'm pretty sure I haven't lost any weight yet on my quest to lose 10 pounds by May 1, but, you know what? I don't care. I am making progress anyway! Why? Because I have my snacking under control. The biggest test was when I made those favorites---chocolate-chip cookies---to finish up the batch, and I only ate two cookies! That's unheard of! But I did it! And the two cookies fit into my daily calorie count (yes, I've been tracking!). And I've been drinking lots more water and eating more fruits and vegetables too. So, I'm declaring victory, no matter what!

    Great job tracking EVERYTHING you ate! I'm not at the point I can make choc chip cookies yet. I'm afraid I'd eat all the dough, cookies and tons of milk.

    Good job! Keep in mind, if you amped up your exercise, you may be building muscle, which is why scale not moving. If you keep up good work, you will see results. Don't give up. Your body is thanking you!
