A bit of Catch up

Had an extremely busy weekend with work and a social life so Fell of the spark a bit nut my weight is still down and I got right back up. The beginning of the week was busy too between work and school. But tuesday and thursday me and my best friend Kendra go to the gym after 2 pm classes and we work out. At least a half hour.
Today I had a great feat of running a mile, no stopping, in 10 minutes. Sure I was a bit tired and my breathing wasn't the greatest but I did it and still fell pretty gosh darn good. Also did 20 minutes on the bikes and i am doing some at home ab work after dinner.
I also would like to announce that my size sixteen american eagle jeans no longer fit and I am now an american eagle 14!!!!! I have a mix of jeans from gap, old navy, american eagle, and the limited. For the most part i am a 14 but the american eagle i was a 16 and the limited I am a 16. I have to go to the limited to see if my size went down because the pair I have is super stretchy and does the grow and shrink thing a lot so I have no idea!

In a few weeks i hope I am blogging to tell you about running 2 miles.
