Progress all the way around.

Saturday, February 25, 2012

Well, its Saturday, and Spring is two weeks away, and here in Oregon its running, wind and this can not believe snowing. What crazy weather. I am really doing great on staying on my exercise plan which is five days a week. I am now up to 45 minutes a day, so my minutes are adding up as is the miles on the stationary bike. I join the group "Vitural cycle or walk" I am virturally going to Denton (my youngest son) Texas. Of course he thinks I am nuts, but it makes my day. I turn the tv on and watch the new show "The chew" it is a cooking show, and I also put the walkman on and go with the music. Time goes a lot faster. My knees are still giving me a problem, mostly when the weather is changing (OMG, I am getting old- haha)
