Marathon Pre-Training Challenge ~ Bring it On!

I've done it! I've committed to raise money for the Team 2 End AIDS at the 2012 Chicago Marathon. This is both to celebrate my 50th year of life and also to keep pushing the physical envelope.
Now the fun part begins. Interval training to increase the length of time this non-runner can run. Walked three races last year, my first ever: 15k, 10 miles, half-marathon. Pretty intense and often pretty fun; especially the Chocolate fondue.
March 1st, 30 minutes of running for 30 days, in addition to the usual stuff. Looking forward to it.
